With Italy Escape Guided Tours, the entire city becomes your playing field.

Squares, monuments, archaeological sites, hidden streets, historic buildings, museums and unusual locations become the stages of a great urban adventure.

An architectural detail might hide the solution to a riddle.

An inscription might contain a code.

HOW THE TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE WORKS

At the beginning of the experience, participants are divided into teams.

Each team enters the storyline and receives a mission to complete.

Through our digital platform, teams are guided along the route and receive riddles, challenges, clues, content and directions to reach the different game stations.

To move forward, they must observe their surroundings, interpret information, make connections, solve problems and, above all, communicate with one another.

Some answers may be right in front of them.

Others may be hidden inside an object.

Others can only be obtained by interacting with a character they meet along the way.

And once the solution has been found, the mission continues.

Stage by stage, the story comes to life.

LIVE ACTORS AND CHARACTERS

Want to make the experience even more immersive?

We can place professional actors along the route, portraying historical figures or characters from the storyline.

Participants might suddenly find themselves face to face with a Roman emperor, a poet, an artist, an investigator or a real character from the city's history.

The actor might question the team, set them a challenge, reveal part of the story or hand them a clue they will need to continue.

It might be a key.

That's why we can integrate food stops, tastings and street food experiences directly into the team building activity, turning local flavours into part of the game itself.

A local product can provide the next clue.

A historic food shop can become one of the game stations.

Participants can alternate riddles and challenges with opportunities to discover some of the destination's most characteristic flavours.

PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND CREATIVE CHALLENGES

Not every challenge has an answer that can simply be typed into the app.

During the experience, teams can be asked to take photographs, record videos, act out scenes, recreate situations, find specific people or details, and complete creative challenges.

Imagine having to convince Julius Caesar of your team's loyalty.

Record a proclamation in front of a monument.

Recreate a historical scene.

Play a character.

Or produce the most creative video of the competition in just a few minutes.

Challenges can award points and bonuses that contribute to the final ranking.

They create fun and memorable moments during the game and often become lasting memories of the experience shared by the team.

APP, SCORES, HINTS AND LEADERBOARD

Our digital platform accompanies the teams throughout the mission.

Players can receive riddles and information, submit answers, access content and progress through the different stages of the game.

If a team gets stuck, they can be given the option to request hints.

But every hint may come at a price.

A penalty.

Points deducted.

A strategic decision the team must make together.

At the end of the experience, completed challenges, results, bonuses and penalties contribute to the final leaderboard.

DISCOVER THE CITY WHILE YOU PLAY

ITALY ESCAPE GUIDED TOURS was created by a tour operator specialising in guided tours and cultural experiences.

That's why we don't use the city simply as a backdrop.

Riddles can be built around the real history of the places participants explore, while the experience can include cultural content, fascinating facts and insights into the monuments and historical figures encountered along the route.

Participants observe the city because they need to in order to play.

And almost without realising it, they begin to discover it.

Team building therefore becomes an original way to experience the destination, making the format particularly suitable for incentive programmes, conventions and national or international corporate groups.

GUIDES AND TOUR LEADERS FOR EACH TEAM

For more complex events, we can provide guides or tour leaders dedicated to individual teams.

Their job is not to provide the answers.

They accompany the group, coordinate movements, manage timing and act as the team's point of reference throughout the experience.

This allows us to manage events involving multiple teams playing simultaneously, while maintaining organisation and control throughout the game.
